Butterfat and air. Our dairy base is 16% butterfat and churned at 30% overrun, so a pint is dense and slow-melting instead of whipped full of air. Most freezer-aisle pints don't publish either number.

Born in Las Vegas. Every pint is made in small batches and ships frozen.
How do you ship ice cream?
Frozen, packed with dry ice, inside the continental US. Orders placed by noon Pacific ship Monday through Wednesday so nothing sits in a warehouse over the weekend.
